Orders and Shipping
All in stock orders ship in 5-7 business days.
If your order is not in stock we will contact you with a delivery window.
Credit Card Use
Once the credit card is approved the total dollar amount of the order is allocated to the card. Payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. For example, if you order an item on Monday and it does not ship until Thursday of that week, your credit card will be charged on Thursday, the day the item ships out. Please note if the amount charged exceeds the credit card limit, the order is automatically cancelled.
Sales tax is currently applied to the majority of shipping addresses within the United States. Individual rates will be reflected during the order checkout process prior to order submission.
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed outside of the designated window will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. Please allow at least one day for this process. All orders placed after 3:00 PM(EST) will begin processing the following business day.
Upon shipment of the product you have ordered, following completion of security checks by Garavelli, we will send you an e-mail with your Confirmation of Order.
The Confirmation of Order constitutes the acceptance of your order by Garavelli and indicates the existence of a binding sales contract.
Garavelli will preserve information concerning all orders as required by applicable law.
You will receive tracking information to the email address that you supplied during the checkout process.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Additional charges may accrue if additional delivery attempts are made. Garavelli S.R.L. does not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes). Deliveries will only occur on Monday through Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays.
